BOUTIQUE COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT

Robinson Tower comprises a 17-storey crystalline tower of Grade-A office space hovering above an elevated seven-storey retail podium, separated by a beautiful podium garden allowing for breathtaking views over Marina Bay and the city. Completed in collaboration with design architect Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates, the development is distinguished by a triangular building plan defined by the V-shaped site, creating a striking visual termination to the Robinson Road Vista.

The multi-faceted composition of the tower serves to increase natural light, mitigate direct views into adjacent towers, and reflect light to create a gem-like beacon for Singapore. The podium features a similarly faceted vocabulary and urban windows that reveal the internal activity to passers-by on the street.

The building corner fronting the open plaza at pedestrian level is articulated by a series of downward cascading bands to create a dramatic yet welcoming triple-volume entrance to the first-storey covered walkways. The roof crown cascades in an ascending manner to complete the overall sculptural truncated form.
