WELL-CONNECTED COMMERCIAL HUB
Situated in the heart of the Raffles Place financial district, One Raffles Quay comprises two Grade A office towers – the 50-storey North Tower and 29-storey South Tower. Purpose-built for banking and financial corporations, the towers provide large, regular, column-free floor plates to allow maximum flexibility of fit-out, with extra headroom, power and higher raised flooring. Floor-to-ceiling windows make the most of natural light. The towers are sheathed in a glassy, transparent curtain wall whose slight greenish tint creates a sense of lush greenery.
Completed in collaboration with design architect Kohn Pederson Fox Associates, the design and construction of One Raffles Quay is widely acknowledged as a major engineering feat due to the presence of two existing Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) subway lines at a shallow depth running directly beneath the North Tower.
A spacious covered plaza, landscaped with bamboo and water features, bridges the two towers and provides a meeting point to greet visitors and a place of respite for office occupants. The development is connected via a subterranean retail link directly to Raffles Place MRT Station and an underground pedestrian network offering seamless connectivity to other areas of the Central Business District.
