MODERN TROPICAL LIVING

The proposed development is a competition scheme located within the lush greeneries of Nassim, one of Singapore’s most prestigious neighbourhoods. The design intent is to develop apartments over five storeys that complement the neighbourhood with extensive semi-outdoor spaces connecting to the surrounding landscape.

Apartments are developed as dual facing to maximise views. The L-shape configuration creates an open courtyard adjacent to living/dining spaces, with no overlooking units, providing maximum privacy to main spaces.

The expressive balconies and plants fronting the main pool are intended to break down the overall elevation scale. The palette of warm earthy tones suggests a modern interpretation of tropical housing with passive sustainable design features, for comfortable living in Singapore’s tropical climate.
